Microwave amplifiers MShU series

MShU50/1 and MShU20/2 design allows for using it both separately and system-integrated. Double filtration for power supply and additional stabilization for power supply and bias voltage are provided. Overall power supply decoupling is equal or more than 140 dB (MShU50/1) equal or more than 120 dB (MShU20/2). MShU50/1 has 1.85/0.8 mm coaxial interface and amplifier circuit contains two stages, each stage providing roughly 15 dB gain. MShU20/2 has 3.5/1.52 mm coaxial interface. Amplifier circuit contains three stages, each stage providing roughly 12 dB gain, and frequency-sensitive attenuator providing RF correction.
